Starting a new job within an extremely busy business my client approached me for coaching to support them as they struggled to settle into their new position and the culture of the company 

Working closely with the Site Director it was decided a strategic initiative was required to provide the purpose, direction and clarity the site team needed to increase alignment and focus. 

I had the pleasure of coaching a senior leader within one of my client businesses.

Through a combination of changes in their team, tight deadlines and a number of other problems beyond their control they had lost confidence and found themself questioning and double guessing their own decisions. 

Everyone naturally begins to tire after about 90 days of hard work, concentration wanes and focus drifts.

I spent time with Demodia at their offices in Switzerland to run through their 90-day review to help them reflect, re-evaluate and refocus.

When we first started working with Demodia, they were struggling with the typical growing pains of a small business.

The business owner was spending a third of his time working with customers, another third working on sales, and the final third just keeping staff organised and everything aligned.
