Situation
Through a combination of changes in their team, tight deadlines and a number of other problems beyond their control they had lost confidence and found themself questioning and double guessing their own decisions.
Sessions
Within our sessions we worked on a number of different aspects, firstly understanding what it was they wanted to achieve and what they felt had changed in their environment. Then we focused on their strengths, delving, in detail, into examples of successes they had had in similar situations and reliving their achievements and exploring the skills, mindsets, experiences and feelings they had used to accomplish them.

Outcomes
The coaching resulted in the manager's self-belief being reignited, helping them reconnect with what truly made them an incredible leader, and helping them develop and test new tools and techniques which helped to improve communication within their team.
