The 90-Day Meeting
After 90 days of running their new business operating system it was time for the team at Demodia to pause and take stock of what they had achieved, and it was an honour to work with them on this.
Celebrate The Wins
Firstly, and most importantly, the review gave the team an opportunity to stop and recognise everything they had achieved since the new systems were implemented only three months previously. By measuring backwards, they could truly appreciate how far they have come, the journey they had been on and celebrate their wins.

Time was taken to review the newly developed business Values, 10-year vision and 3-year target ensuring everyone agreed with the vision, fully understood what they meant to their work day to day work and fully embodied what the business stood for

Through clarity of the business vision and alignment with business values the team set about devising the key actions and projects needed within their 1-year plan. By breaking down each project and prioritising the most important aspects they were able to define detailed 90-day goals for each team member with clear objectives, timelines and success criteria – they all knew what they were trying to achieve and why
